<18-YEARS-OLD REGISTRATION

The registration form is below. If you are younger than 18-years-old, then you and your legal guardian(s) must read the below Assumption of Risk form before you register as a volunteer. 

In order to participate in The Big Event, you must print the Assumption of Risk form, sign it, and have your legal guardian(s) sign it. This form must be returned to thebigevent@siu.edu by 3/17/17. You are ineligible to participate in SIU's The Big Event until this form has been received, reviewed, and approved.

• SIU Username and Password: When you click the registration form, you may be asked to log in with your SIU e-mail address and password.
• Group Registration: If you are part of an SIU RSO/department/etc. that would like to volunteer as a group, please provide the required group information in the registration form. Note: All group members must submit their own registration form even though they wish to volunteer as a group.
• Project Selection: Within 7-10 days of completing your registration form, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to select the service project of your choice. Space is limited. Registering early will ensure a wider selection of service opportunities.
